Working Principle: The ATS distribution box connects the primary and backup power sources. Its internal dual-power automatic transfer switch monitors the primary power source’s voltage, frequency, phase sequence, and other parameters in real time. If the primary power source experiences a fault, such as a power outage, overvoltage, undervoltage, or phase loss, the ATS automatically switches to the backup power source within milliseconds to continue supplying power to the load. Once the primary power source returns to normal, it can automatically or manually switch back to the primary power source.

Structure: It primarily consists of a circuit breaker, load disconnect switch, dual-power automatic transfer switch, AC contactor, and thermal relay. The box body is constructed of bent and welded steel plates, and the exterior is welded and assembled from cold-rolled steel plates. It is a fully enclosed structure, and some parts of the box undergo anti-corrosion treatments such as pickling and phosphating, and epoxy powder electrostatic spraying.

Features: It features automatic switching, fast switching, automatic detection of the primary power status, and intelligent alarms. It is also easy to operate. The control system utilizes a touchscreen or push-button interface, allowing users to easily configure the relevant parameters.
