What is a Mini Power Relay?

Mini Power Relay

Mini Power Relay is an electromagnetic or solid-state switching device with a small size and compact structure. Its core function is to use small current (coil side) to control the on/off of large current/high voltage (contact side) to achieve electrical isolation, signal amplification and logic control of the circuit. It is a basic control component in industrial automation, consumer electronics, automotive electronics and other fields.

1. Coil Electrical Parameters

  • Rated Coil Voltage

    DC: 5V, 12V, 24V, 48V

    AC: 6V, 12V, 24V, 110V, 220V

  • Coil Power Consumption: 0.2–1W (<0.5W for low-power types)
  • Coil Resistance: Dozens to thousands of ohms
  • Pick-up Voltage: ≥75% of rated voltage
  • Drop-out Voltage: ≤10% of rated voltage
  • Max. Continuous Applied Voltage: ≤110% of rated voltage

2. Contact Electrical Parameters
