Ensure products meet government project requirements and standards
Read the bidding documents and technical specifications word for word, and clarify the product parameters, performance indicators, acceptance criteria and other rigid requirements.
Actively communicate with purchasers or competent authorities to clarify vague terms and confirm implicit requirements (such as adaptation to existing systems, green energy saving requirements).
Benchmark national/industry mandatory standards and policy guidance to ensure the bottom line of product compliance.
Not less than required
The bidding document parameters will be matched item by item, the core indicators will not be lower than the requirements, and key functions will be given priority to meet the needs of public service scenarios.
Complete the required qualification certifications (such as CCC, energy-saving certification, localization certificate) in advance to ensure that the certificate is within the validity period.
For complex projects, we provide samples or prototypes, which will be mass-produced after confirmation by the purchaser to avoid deviations.
Full process compliance
The quality of raw materials is controlled at the supply chain end, the production process follows specifications, and quality inspection records are kept throughout the process.
Product identification, packaging, and technical documents must comply with government project archiving requirements, and the data must be traceable.
Synchronously prepare materials required for acceptance (test reports, certificates of conformity, operation manuals) to ensure complete specifications.
Acceptance process
The purchaser organizes an acceptance team to conduct quality and quantity inspections according to the requirements of the contract and bidding documents.
Issue an “Acceptance Report” and all parties sign for confirmation
