LMVFB Series high performance current vector inverter

The LMVFB high-performance current vector inverter is an upgraded version of the standard model. Its core advantages lie in comprehensive improvements in control accuracy, dynamic response, and overload capacity.

It utilizes a 32-bit high-performance DSP, delivering high low-speed torque with low ripple, a torque response as fast as 20ms, and continuous operation at 180% of the rated load for 20 seconds. It also offers a rich feature set, including programmability and bus communication, making it widely used in industrial fields requiring high transmission performance, such as machine tools, textiles, and metallurgy.

Higher Control Precision: Utilizing advanced algorithms and high-performance processors, such as a 32-bit high-performance digital signal processor (DSP), its vector control algorithm achieves more precise motor flux and torque control, resulting in higher speed stability and a wider speed regulation range.
Enhanced Low-Speed ​​Torque Performance: Achieves higher torque output at lower frequencies with reduced torque ripple. 150% of rated torque can be output at 0.25Hz, ensuring stable load operation even at low speeds.
Fast Dynamic Response: Faster torque response time allows for rapid tracking of motor load changes and control command changes. With a torque response time of less than 20ms, it meets the needs of applications requiring high dynamic performance.
Stronger Overload Capacity: Features a higher overload ratio and longer overload duration. It can operate continuously for 20 seconds at 180% of the rated load and for 1 minute at 150% of the rated load. More functions: It has user programmable functions, background software monitoring, communication bus functions, etc., supports multiple encoder types, and can achieve more flexible control and system integration.
