LMM3 MCCB Moulded Case Circuit Breaker 63-800A
LMM3 MCCB has a rated insulation voltage of 800V and is suitable for circuits with AC 50Hz/60Hz, rated operating voltage 690V and below, and rated current up to 800A. It has overload, short circuit and undervoltage protection functions. It is divided into four categories: C type, L type, M type and H type according to the rated limit short circuit breaking capacity.
Shell: Made of high-strength, flame-retardant plastic material to provide physical protection and insulation protection for internal components.
Contact system: Responsible for connecting and disconnecting the circuit. It conducts stably during normal operation and breaks quickly in case of failure.
Arc extinguishing device: It can extinguish the arc generated by contact breaking in a short time to prevent electrical fires.
Release: The thermal magnetic release realizes overload and short circuit protection through the bimetallic sheet being heated and bent and driven by electromagnetic force.
Operating mechanism: It can realize manual and electric operation, making it convenient for users to perform opening and closing operations.
Working principle: The thermal tripper realizes overload protection through the thermal effect of the bimetallic sheet. When the circuit is overloaded, the bimetallic sheet is heated and bent, pushing the tripping mechanism to trip the circuit breaker.
Rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity (Icu): refers to the maximum short-circuit current that the circuit breaker can break under specified conditions.
Current-limiting breaking capacity: The ability of a circuit breaker to limit fault current when it trips in a short circuit. The shorter the disconnection time, the better the current-limiting effect.
Overload delay protection: When the load current exceeds the limited range, the protection device can cut off the power supply within a certain period of time.
Isolation function: After the circuit breaker is disconnected, the leakage current must meet safety requirements to ensure the safety of people and equipment.
