Operation & Maintenance

  • Normal Operation: The fuse holder works stably under rated voltage and current. The built-in fuse will melt automatically in case of overcurrent or short circuit, cutting off the circuit to protect equipment.
  • Fuse Replacement:
    1. Cut off all power supplies connected to the fuse holder (strictly prohibit Don’t open under load).
    2. Open the blue handle, take out the melted fuse.
    3. Install a new fuse of the same specification (do not use fuses with different rated parameters).
    4. Close the handle and restore power after confirming the circuit fault is eliminated.
  • Regular Inspection: Regularly check the fuse holder for damage, loose terminals, or abnormal heating; replace damaged parts in time.

Safety Precautions

  • Strictly prohibit opening the fuse holder under load (Don’t open under load) to prevent electric arc, electric shock, or fire hazards.
  • Do not use the product beyond the rated voltage (DC 1000V) and rated current (32A).
  • Only use PV fuses matching the specifications of this fuse holder; do not replace fuses with wires or metal sheets.
  • Installation, operation, and maintenance must be carried out by professional electricians in compliance with local electrical safety regulations.
  • Keep the product away from moisture, dust, and corrosive environments to ensure insulation performance.
  • If the fuse holder is damaged, stop using it immediately and replace it with a genuine LVMA accessory.
