CJX2 AC Contactor

CJX2 series AC contactors are suitable for circuits with AC 50Hz/60Hz, rated operating voltage up to 690V, and rated current up to 95A under AC-3 usage category. They are used for making and breaking circuits over long distances, and frequently starting and controlling AC motors. It can be combined with a thermal overload relay to form an electromagnetic starter to achieve motor overload protection.

Structural composition (3 sets of main contacts + core system)

1. Contact system
3 sets of main contacts (normally open): making and breaking the main circuit with large current (9A~95A)
Auxiliary contacts: 1NO+1NC/2NO+2NC optional, used for control loop interlocking

2. Electromagnetic system
Coil: AC/DC optional, energized to generate magnetic force
Static iron core + moving iron core (armature): electromagnetic attraction drives the contact action
Short-circuit ring: eliminates AC vibration and noise
Reset spring: resets the contacts after the coil is powered off

3. Arc extinguishing system
Grid arc extinguishing cover: quickly extinguish the arc generated during breaking and protect the contacts

4. Mechanical structure
Transmission mechanism: connecting iron core and contacts
Brackets and bases: support components and provide insulation

5. Accessory interface
Auxiliary contact module, delay head, mechanical interlocking device installation position

Selection guide

Determine the load type (AC-3 motor load/AC-1 resistive load)
